What should I do first?
Simply contact us with your details and a brief outline of what you want to buy or sell. We will then begin the search, and contact you by email to further discuss the details of your request.
What are your fees?
For buying a product on your behalf we charge a very reasonable flat rate fee of AUD$55.00.
The total cost to you = (Product price) + (Handling & shipping to Australia) + ($55.00).
For help with identifying customers in Japan for your product or service, we aim to produce a target list of suitable contacts. We charge a flat-rate fee of AUD$66.00 only if we are successful.

How do I pay?
After finalizing the details of your request, we will send you an invoice. You can pay by BPAY bank transfer direct to our Australian account, so you don't have to pay international payment charges. We do not currently accept any other methods of payment. Generally, we request payment for the goods or services before delivery. We offer 30-day payment terms to regular customers.
How do you use my contact information?
We will collect and use customer identifiable information for billing purposes, to provide services, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to inform you of products and services that better meet your needs.
